Commo is a very exciting young home grown sire. His length combined with excellent muscle pattern and
unmatched doing ability make him a real sire of the future. His first sale son reached $17,000 and he has
some promising young bulls coming though for the next few sale seasons. His heifers are exceptional and
show tidy underlines and good udder structure.

Purchased for $30,000 at the 2009 DN Sale. A polled Julius Caesar son out of a strongly bred Minlacowie
female who most unfortunately met with an injury in the off season and had to be put down.
He was a very smooth long upstanding bull who bred true to his type. We are able to continue to use his
genetics through artificial technologies.

A beautifully quite very early maturing bull, ‘337’ has been the sire of some of our most successful show
females(Billabong Flir, Billabong Gypsy ,Billabong Halycon) he throws an excellent coat and colour on his
progeny. Luckily we can still benefit from his line in the use of our AI programme.

A consistently solid performing sire of both outstanding bulls and females. We have found his cows to be
medium framed, perfect uddered fertile dams. We have used sons and grandsons of Godfreys in our herd
and you can always see his stamp on his decscendants. His bulls always display his excellent polled head,
even muscled carcase.
His sons have sold to a top of $25,000, grandsons have sold for a top of $100,000 (Minlacowie Lexington) .
We have sold nearly 50 of his sons through the sale ring to average $7617.Godfrey although the ‘elder
statesman’ of our herd now spends his days in retirement.

Billabong Jackson is a long, fleshy bull with an exceptionally quiet temperament. His progeny have
impressive show and sale records. Among the most exciting successes was the sale of Bryvonlea Elisha, to
the Atkinson Family for $55,000.00, the 2nd highest sale price at the 2005 Rockhampton National Bull
Sale, winning the Reserve Senior Bull at Beef 2006 and the Supreme Droughtmaster Exhibit at the
Gympie Feature Show. Seventeen of Billabong Jackson's sons, sold at the Rocky National Sales, have
averaged $10,970.00. Overall 63 bulls have been sold to average $6750.00. Many of his daughters have
been retained in the stud while those sold have topped at $7000.00. He passed away in 2011 and is sadly

Purchased from the Billabong Stud in 2008 for $15000 the 2nd top priced sire of the sale with a
tremendous combination of breed quality and character complementing his optimum beef and carcase
attributes (EMA 116, FAT 12/11) an excellent weight for age (873 kgs @ 24 mths) a tidy underline with a
scrotal circumference of 38cm. His sire produced the $11,000 top price heifer of the 2008 Female Focus
Sale and his dam's first calf, Patriot, sold in 2007 for $11000. 2012 saw a strong line up of Riley's male
progeny auctioned at the Feb All Breeds Bull Sale with Bryvonlea Lockyer, topping our draft at $6500,
selling to Redskin Droughtmasters. Heifers by Billabong Riley topped the 2012 National Droughtmaster
Female Sale reaching $5750. 7 Sons of Riley sold to a top $15000 twice and an average of $7142.00 at
the 2012 Droughtmaster National Bull Sale. Heifers are sold at RSVP Female Sale, Central Qld Female
Sale and The Cream of the Crop Female Sale.

Seclected for his growth and body type Rockafellar spent 2 seasons on the show circuit and collecting a
number of broadribbons including Reserve Senior Champion at Beef 2009.We then put him to work in our
stud herd at Billabong where he is currently.Rockafellar is a long thick well muscled bull. His first drop of
calves are impressing with there thickness and excellent coat types as well as polled heads and excellent

Our RNA Reserve Senior Champion of 2010 has now has taken up duties within our herd.
Sired by the breed legend, Swan Horsham and from one of our important young donors, Brandy. Brandy has
produced 14 offspring thus far including seven active females.
His pedigree contains the recent high profile breed leaders in Jill, Mission II, the $60,000 Talgai Impact
and the Swan greats, Eagan, Beefmark, Tropical and Everlasting to mention a few.

Through his donor dam's pedigree (Billabong Hector and Billabong Godfrey), Gilbert offers us a degree of

Gilbert's siblings include Medwin (Kapalee Stud), Fergus (Barfield Station), Flynn (Eden Pastoral Co),
Juliana (Creevey family) and Farrell (Ridgewood Stud). We retain a sister sibling in Lucinda and another,
Ramona (Broderic) is catalogue for the 2011 'Cream Of The Crop' Sale at Coolabunia.

A $38,000 purchase at the 2007 National Sale he was selected for his breeding lines offering further
strong genetic diversity to our Stud heard. He has a lot of thickness, strong muscling, excellent
character, a wonderful temperament and great fertility. His progeny are early maturing very fleshy types.
Reynold is the sire of Australian 2010 top priced selling Bull ‘ Billabong Toshi’ who was purchased jointly by
The Salter Family, Glenfosslyn Droughtmaster Stud and the Vievers Family,Talgai Droughtmaster Stud.

A wonderfully successful and consistent sire for us since we purchased him for $21,000. He gets beefy,
quiet, good constitution progeny with excellent length.We have kept a large number of his daughters in our
stud herds and they continue to breed quality calves with desireable traits. We have sold 73 sons though
the sale ring to average $7,465 as well as selling 20 heifers though the sale ring to average $4,875.Sadly
we now have to rely on our AI program to see any future progeny from this stand out sire.
Glenlands D Jet Set
Sire: Swan Horsham Dam: Swan Fame
Son of the great Swan Horsham he is a well muscled bull with great length and bone. He had an impressive
EMA of 136 at the age of 20 months. He is a very well natured bull. 9 Sons have sold at Rockhampton
National to average $5666.00 topping at $11000. Bryvonlea Jupiter son of Jet Set topped the 2010
Droughtmaster section of the Feb All Breeds Sale selling to the Dahl Family for $6000 on a difficult
market. Overall sales 35 sons to date have averaged $5015.00.
Sire of the Grand Champion Droughtmaster Female at the 2010 Brisbane EKKA, Bryvonlea Princess Mary,
his female progeny have won many broad ribbons and topped the Cream of the Crop Female Sale at $6000
. He is pictured here at just over seven yrs in working condition
Glenlands D Look A Like

Purchased at Glenlands 2008 sale. He was purchased for his top line, bone and correctness.
He is a total genetic out cross to our females.
The first progeny sold by Lookalike averaged $9,100 in 2011.
Sire: Glenlands Hatch Dam: Glenlands 2527
Our $45,000 purchase at the 2009 Glenlands Sale where he weighed 960kg at 31-months with fat depth
scans of 10/8mm and an EMA of 130cm sq.Sired by the highly successful Glenlands Hatch, Millenium was
the Grand and senior champion of Beef 2009 and the reserve senior champion at the Marlborough Show in
the same year. His first calves are impressive and are of an even line.
Sire: Glenlands D Johnstone Dam: Glenlands 4113
Overlord was purchased in 2011 for $17,000. His first drop of calves shows tremendous thickness,
structural correctness and good temperament. He first calf born is in the Ama-Lili show team (Ama-Lili
Opal May) and is being shown by Stephanie Rose aged 11. His female calves have tremendous udder
development and sons have the thickness and top lines we expected when we purchased this outstanding

Purchased at the 2012 Glenlands Sale for $40,000, Parker has exceptional Sire appeal.
We were impressed with his strong scurred head, excellent bone and good straight top line.
This flowed right through to his performance figures of 28mths, 909kg, 11/7/130 and scrotal of 42.5 cm.
His is another tidy sheathed and cleaned naveled Sire we will be adding to our Stud herd.

An exceptional son of Glenlands D Lookalike. We have retained Fiesta in our stud as we believe he has
great potential to produce the modern style and beef focused progeny.He has outstanding hip to pin and
rib length. He is also square from pin bones to shoulder, which flows right through to his exceptional weight
for age.This mighty young Sire has terrific bone and a tidy sheath. He is has an all round Sire appeal.
Fiesta is scurred. He is an extremely proud Sire.Fiesta’s mother has produced top stud calves each year,
with all bulls being sold and females retained in our stud.Fiesta has won broad ribbons at numerous shows,
but by far his most successful win in his short show career was Junior Champion Bull, Beef 2012.

sire in our herd until his death in 2005. Noted for always looking in good condition, Goldfingers daughters
are consistent producers of very good quality calves. His progeny have sold to a top of $23,000(record
priced unjoined Droughtmaster female, Billabong Paris) and his grandsons have sold to a top of
$55,000(Bryvonlea Elisha). His line continues contributing to our herd through Billabong Jack-of-
Clubs,Billabong Nevada,Billabong Rockafella and Billabong Southern Comfort.
